Singapore Tourist & Business visa Checklist
- Passport: Hand-written Passports are not accepted. If old Passport is misplaced or damaged, same should be mentioned in the covering letter.Original Passport with 2 blank pages and valid for minimum six months at time of travel. Old passport if any
- Visa Application Form: 14A visa application form should be duly filled and signed by the applicant. Form should not have any corrections made using whitener and over-writing is not allowed. In case of minors, both parents should sign the form. Computerized or handwritten forms with blue pen are accepted. (Applicants must paste the photo on 1st page of application form and sign across the photo, signature should be done below the neck without covering the face. - Form: V39 Form from the Host Company along with stamp and Sign
- Coloured Photograph: Two matt-finished, coloured photographs with white background. It should be an 80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size. The photograph should not be older than 3 months..https://www.ica.gov.sg/photo-guidelines
- Cover Letter: Covering letter from Applicant stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and saying that all the expenses including medical, boarding and lodging will be borne by the Applicant.
- Invitation Letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, Purpose of visit, period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care by.
- Financial Document: Salary credited computerised bank statement for last 3 months.
- If Employed: Salary Slips of last 3 months.
- If Self Employed: GST copy
