Tourist Visa Requirement Checklist

• Application form duly filled in and signed by the applicant (Form Link) .
• Two recent passport size photographs in colour with white background (3.5cm x 4.5cm).
• Passport have validity of at least 3months after the scheduled return, have been issued within the previous 10 years and have 2 blank pages (back-to-back).
• Certification of the travel agency of the prepaid program or in the case of and individual visit the reservation of accommodation.
• Salary Slip of last 3 months.
• Personal Last 3 years of ITR acknowledge.
• Approval for holiday form the employer (or) NOC.
• Person bank statement of Last 3 months with bank seal and signature.
• Onward and Return ticket itinerary.
• Overseas travel medical insurance valid for Schengen countries. The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 30,000 Euros or equivalent.

Business Visa Requirement Checklist

• Application form duly filled in and signed by the applicant (Form Link) .
• Two recent passport size photographs in colour with white background (3.5cm x 4.5cm).

• Letter of Invitation from the Croatian business partner duly signed and stamped by an authorized person of the business entity.
• Guarantee letter from the inviting legal person Croatian company. Original should be deposited in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Republic of Croatia is Zagreb or enclosed with the application.
• Hotel Booking.
• Salary Slip of last 3 months.
• Person bank statement of Last 3 months with bank seal and signature.
• Personal Last 3 years of ITR acknowledge.
• Company’s bank statement of Last 3 months with bank seal and signature.
• Company’s Last 3 years of ITR acknowledge.
• Onward and Return ticket itinerary.

Private Visit Relative/Friend Visa Requirement Checklist

• Application form duly filled in and signed by the applicant (Form Link) .
• Two recent passport size photographs in colour with white background (3.5cm x 4.5cm).
• Passport have validity of at least 3months after the scheduled return, have been issued within the previous 10 years and have 2 blank pages (back-to-back).
• Letter of invitation from Croatian relative/friend.
• Guarantee letter from the Natural person Croatian. Original should be deposited in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Republic of Croatia is Zagreb or enclosed with the application.
• Proof of identity of the inviting person (passport copy/ID card copy).
• Proof of family relationship, if applicant is visiting relatives.
• Proof of accommodation: house ownership proof of the inviting person/lease agreement (letter of approval of the house owner).
• Financials of the sponsor and the applicant (proof of salary slip, bank statement of last 3-month seal and signature from bank).
• Leave approval/NOC from the employer.
• Onward and Return ticket itinerary.
• Overseas travel medical insurance valid for Schengen countries. The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 30,000 Euros or equivalent.

Work Visa Requirement Checklist

• Application Form: Fully completed in English or Croatian language and signed in two places by the applicant in person (Form Link).
• Passport: Passport should be at least valid for three months after the expiry of the Work Permit document and containing at least two empty pages (back to back), No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page.
• Two photographs: 2 recent passport size photograph in colour, 35 X 45mm (85% face focus) ; with white background
• Travel Medical Insurance: shall be valid for Croatia and the policy must clearly specify the period of validity and must cover at least 30 days from date of travel to Croatia. (And it should be valid for one way travel and employment).
• Means of Transportation: One way travel reservation.
• Work Permit Letter issued by Croatian company which is not older than 60 days at the date of submission in VFS.
• PCC – Copy of Police Clearance Certificate with apostille stamp for (Indian nationals)
• For other nationals it should be legalize from the Embassy of Croatia, New Delhi.
• Reason letter for not using previous Croatian visa.
• Reason Letter if any refusal from any European country.
• Passport Photocopy: Clear Photocopy of front and last page and used pages (Current passport and previous two old passports)

Processing Time:

Tourist: Standard visa processing time is 60 calendar days from the day of receipt of the application at the Embassy. As per Mission instruction less than 60 days of travel date (Processing time) application will not be accepted.

Business and Work Permit: Standard visa processing time is 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of the application at the Embassy. In case the documents are not submitted as per requirements or due to other factors or justified reasons, the processing time may be extended upto 45 days.

Note:

For all the categories a visa application can be submitted 6 months prior to the beginning of the planned journey and can be submitted by:

1. Applicant himself
2. For minors by a parent or legal guardian
