TOURIST VISA CHECKLIST 

• Online visa application form – ( Form Link )(PRINTED COLOUR COPY)
• 2 Photos (recent camera click clear photo with 80% face focus, colored shirt, white background and glossy finishing)
• Detailed Original Covering Letter addressed to Embassy of People’s Republic of China (on Company Letterhead for Business person, if salaried person in A4 paper typed) mentioning the name and the passport number and all the passport details of the applicant and also the places which will be visited by the applicant in China. If the applicant is revisiting China, then pax to specify the reason for 2nd time travel on Tourism grounds.
• Payslips of last 3 months (salaried)
• Ticket
• Day wise tour itinerary.
• Hotel Confirmation on Hotel Letterhead with stamp and signature.
• Original last six months till date bank statement with atleast Rs. 1 Lac balance and with stamp and signature.
• E – Aadhar Copy
• Last cancelled passport (if any).
• Detail sheet

BUSINESS VISA CHECKLIST

• Online visa application form – ( Form Link)( PRINTED COLOUR COPY)
• 2 Photos (recent camera click clear photo with 80% face focus, colored shirt, white background and glossy finishing)
• Detailed Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, New Delhi on Company Letterhead with company profile (company establishment date, company dealing in, turnover, ownership details) and entry and exit dates, place of issue, pax name, date of birth, designation and passport number and also mention the China company name and
• inviter’s name and add this line in the end – “The documents attached with the application are provided by the applicant/company and the agent has no role in arranging the documents.”
• Invitation Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, New Delhi from Chinese Company mentioning the name and passport number and all the passport details of the applicant and mentioning the travel dates with invitee name designation and signature in both English and Chinese language with Company Seal.
• Company registration of Chinese company
• ID card copy of the invitee
• Last cancelled old passport (If any).
• E – Aadhar Copy
• GST Copy
• Detail sheet
