- 3 Visa Application Forms.
- 06 Photos (Passport size, recent Camera clicked photo with white background and 80% face focus)
- Covering letter on Company’s letter head with company seal.
- Original Invitation from DGM, if applicant provide copy of DGM, first it needs to be verified from TRAVEL EXPRESS in Congo
- Passport copy and visa copy of the signing authority.
- RCCM letter from Congo
- Identification of Nationality of Congo company
