Tourist Visa Requirement Checklist

• 1 Form (To be online by pax, through the website (Form Link) (to fill the form we need, applicant education details, mobile number, spouse passport/ Aadhar copy and children passport copy /Aadhaar copy).
• Valid Passport with at least 06 months validity from the date of travel, along with all old passports.
• Passport copy Bio and Address page along with travel history (color scanned).
• 2 Photos (Passport size, recent Camera clicked photo with white background and 80% face focus).
• Covering letter stating the purpose of visit.
• Noc from employer.
• Last 3 month’s salary slips.
• Hotel confirmation.
• Ticket.
• Bank Statement last 6 months with bank seal and sign.
• ITR acknowledgement of last 3 years
• Travel Insurance
• Yellow Fever Certificate is must while travelling.

Business Visa Requirement Checklist

• Detailed Covering letter mentioning why the company wants to send its employee to Columbia addressing to Consulate of Columbia.
• Invitation from Columbian company accepting responsibility for the visitor in Columbia and invitation should be in Spanish language addressing to Consulate of Columbia with signing authority manual sign and Index finger impression (The invitation letter must state the responsibility of entry and departure from Colombia).
• NIT Certificate.
• Travel Insurance.
• Onward and Return Ticket.
• Hotel Confirmation.
• Original Personal last 06 Months till date updated Bank Statement with Bank stamp and Sign (First and last page of Each month).
• Personal last 3 years ITR acknowledgement.
• Recent 06 Months Bank Statement of the Indian or the Colombian Company (First and Last Page Of each Month).

Work Visa Requirement Checklist

• 1Form (To be online by pax, through the website (Form Link) (to fill the form we need, applicant education details, mobile number, spouse passport/ Aadhar copy and children passport copy /Aadhaar copy)
• 3 Recent,3 X 3 cm size colour photographs with light background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
• A letter from the Legal Representative of the company stating the applicant’s position in the firm and its activities. The letter must also state why the firm wants to send its employee to Colombia. It must undertake to pay all the expenses of the applicants stay in the country and his return.
• Original Invitation issued by the related Colombian company assuming responsibility for the visitor en Colombia and certificate of Registration of the same company.
• Certificate of Existence of the company to be given by a competent authority (Chamber of Commerce or Export Promotion Council) where the company is registered.
• All the above letters must be translated into Spanish and originals as well as the translations to be attested by a Notary Public.
• Original contract, administrative document, cooperation agreement or companies letter, depending on the case of the applicant.
• Certificate issued by the Colombian Ministry of Labour and Social Security.
• Authenticated photocopy of the legalized or homologated professional title by the ICFES, (Colombian Institute for the promotion of the Superior Education), enrolment document, professional card, evidence of working experience, provisional license to work in Colombia depending on the case of the applicant, issued by competent authority.
• If the applicant is engineer permission from COPNIA in Colombia.
• Photocopy of all the used pages of the passport.
• Empty pages in the Passport necessary for stamping the visa.
• Visa application form must be signed by the applicant and submitted in person. Authority letter must be given by holder of passport for collection. Each visa is valid for entering Colombia within six months from date of issue.
• All the documents must be submitted in original
• Return Confirmed Ticket.
• One full set of documents must be photocopied.

Processing Time: 1 month from the date of submission to the embassy.

Note: Holder US or Schengen visa with a minimum validity of 180 days can get the visa on arrival.
