Business Visa Requirement Checklist

  • Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
  • Form to be online (Form Link)
  • 4 Photos (white background)
  • Covering letter company’s letter head.
  • Invitation from Chile attested from ministry of foreign affairs
  • Letter from Chamber of Commerce
  • Return Ticket.
  • Bank Statement (6 months).
  • IT Return last 2 years.
  • PCC duly apostilled

Work Visa Requirement Checklist

  • Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
  • Form to be online (Form Link)
  • 1 Original Visa application form duly filled and signed
  • 4 Recent passport size colour photographs with a light background to be separately attached.
  • Original Passport along with a copy of first and last page.
  • Covering letter from the applicant.
  • Original Work Permit Contract (contrato de trabajo) duly signed by Employer in Chile and notarized. (photo copy/ fax copy not acceptable).
  • PCC issued by the passport office where the applicant is residing. The certificate should be endorsed in the passport.
  • Curriculum Vitae along with the copies of experience certificate/educational, degree/diploma in support of educational qualification.

Processing Time: Processing may take even 2 months from the date of submission to the embassy.

Note:

  • After application is logged to the embassy, passenger will be called for in-person interview.
  • If applicant having valid USA visa can take tourist visa on arrival
