Business Visa Requirement Checklist

• 2 Photos (Passport size, Camera clicked, latest with white background) to be pasted on electronic form,
• Current Passport with old passport
• Original Covering letter in detail mentioning the day-to-day agenda and business activity in Brazil, must be signed by the signing authority with name/designation/contact no. to be mentioned below signature.
• Company registration of Indian company dully notarized (If passenger is self-employed)
• One-page invitation letter (original and notarized) in Portuguese from a Brazilian company addressed to the consular service Embassy of Brazil in New Delhi, including the following information:(https://www.gov.br/governodigital/pt-br/assinatura-eletronica)

1. 1. the name and the position that the applicant holds in the company;
   2. clear, specific and detailed purpose of the trip and business activities which will be performed in Brazil.
   3. stamp the CNPJ number (tax registration code), address and telephone number of the Brazilian company.

• Company registration of Brazil company (CNPJ CERTIFICATE)
• Letter from Chamber of Commerce OR in case the Company is not the member of any Chambers then copy of Company Registration Certificate is mandatory.
• Hotel Confirmation
• Return Ticket
• Original last 03 months updated personal bank statement to till date with Bank stamp and sign.
• In case company is sponsoring Pax, need Company last 03 months updated bank stamp to till date with bank stamp and sign & Company last 03 years ITR
• Last 3 yrs ITR
• Last 3month Salary slip
• COVID vaccination copy
• All documents should be in A4 size only.

Work Permit Visa Requirement Checklist

Note:

• Yellow fever vaccination certificate is required at the time of travel, and vaccination must be done 10 days before your travel date.
• Visa fee must be paid by the application to the embassy from is personal account.
