Tourist Requirement Checklist

• Passport Minimum validity of six months at the time of travel.
• 2 Typed Visa Application Forms.
• 2 Photos (Passport size 35 X 45,70% Face focus latest with white background),
• Covering letter stating his name, purpose duration of visit and expenses covered.
• Original or copy of visa request issued by Belarusian tour operator / health resort operator / agro-eco tourism operator (with copies of documents authorizing the company to render agro-eco tourism services)
• Copy of accommodation booking on the hotel’s letterhead
• Ticket
• Travel Insurance
• Original Bank Statement for 3 months with bank stamp and sign

Business Requirement Checklist

• Original Invitation in Belarus language with travel dates
• Company Registration Certificate.
• Ticket
• Hotel Confirmation on Hotel Letter Head (not applicable for regular travelers holding Schengen, US, Canada, Japan, Australia and other visas / athletes / participants of cultural events)
• Travel Insurance
• Original Bank Statement for 3 months with bank stamp and sign
• Last 3-years ITR copy.

Processing Time:

• Normal – 5 to 7 Business days from the date of submission to Embassy/Consulate/VFS.
• Urgent – 2 to 3 Business days from the date of submission to Embassy/Consulate/VFS.

Note:

• Embassy works Monday, Wednesday and Friday
• Please note applicants can take visa on arrival, if holding valid Schengen visa at the time of entry and exit.
