  • Passport Minimum validity of six months at the time of travel.
  • 2 Forms to be filled online (visa.gov.bd) .
  • 2 Photos Indian passport size.
  • Covering letter stating the prepose of visa to Bangladesh, If Self-employed in letter head
  • Hotel Confirmation
  • Original Bank statement for last 3 Month. Bank Stamp and sign are must
  • Ticket onward and return.
  • Government Id proof is mandatory (Aadhar card)
  • COVID Vaccination copy

Business Requirement Checklist

  • Passport Minimum validity of six months at the time of travel.
  • 2 Forms to be filled online (visa.gov.bd) .
  • 2 Photos Indian passport size.
  • Covering Letter on the company letterhead in detail mentioning the designation of the traveler, travel dates and the name, designation of authorized signatory
  • Invitation Letter from Bangladesh. The Invitation should have name and designation of the authorized signatory along with the complete address and contact numbers of Bangladeshi Company.
  • Company registration of Indian company and GST copy
  • Bangladesh company Trade License copy and Income Tax return copy
  • Government Id proof is mandatory (Aadhar card)
  • COVID Vaccination copy

Work Permit Requirement Checklist

  • Passport Minimum validity of six months at the time of travel.
  • 2 Forms to be filled online (visa.gov.bd) .
  • 4 photos (passport size colour with a light background).
  • Covering letter from the on-company letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Copy of the Advertisement of the Job, – Appointment Letter or Invitation letter from the Bangladesh Company.
  • Work Permit to be Arranged and send by the Bangladeshi Counterpart Company.
  • Board of Investment letter from Dhaka with pax name on it.
  • Educational qualifications to be attested from HRD and MEA.
  • Government Id proof is mandatory (Aadhar card)
  • COVID Vaccination copy
