E -Visa Tourist and Business Visa Requirement Checklist

• Scan Photos (Passport size, latest with white background),
• Scan Passport Front & Back and travel history pages
• Covering letter on the company letter-head with applicant contact number.
• Invitation from party attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Armenia.
• Ticket.
• Hotel Confirmation (In case of Tourist Purpose).
• Travel Insurance
• Last 3 month till date bank statement
• A valid residence permit or valid visa issued by the EU and Schengen member states, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, The Republic of Korea, the UK, Canada, The Russian Federation, or Japan, or a valid residence permit issued by the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman.

• 2 typed visa application form is required
• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel
• Visa application form
• 2 photos in white background
• Cover letter
• Invitation letter
• Last 6 months bank statement with original bank seal
• Flight tickets
• Hotel
• Authority letter
• Online payment receipt copy
• All documents need to send on Embassy Mail (recparm1@gmail.com)

Processing Time:

• E-Visa – 4 to 5 Business days from the date of submission.
• Stamping Visa – 10 Business days from the date of submission to the Embassy/Consulate.
