VISITOR VISA FOR BUSINESS PURPOSE

• Passport valid for at least another six months from the intended date of entry into Taiwan.
• Two white background color passport size photos
• Evidence of business activities-
  (1) Company’s employed & job assigned letter (2) Invitation letter (3) Ongoing letters, trading records (e.g.  LC, remittance receipt…etc.)
• Company covering letter mentioning purpose of visit, designation of visitor, and the intended duration of stay
• Day to Day business itinerary
• Company registration certificate or import – export license issued by the Indian Government
• Details of the contact person in Taiwan (name, address, telephone number…etc.)
• Letter from the bank recent 3 months closing balance with seal and signature from the bank and company income tax returns
• Confirmed round-trip air tickets and hotel booking in Taiwan
• Other additional documents may be required during processing

VISITOR VISA FOR CONFERENCE /EXHIBITION

• No objection letter from applicant’s current institute, employer, or company covering letter mentioning the purpose of visit, designation of visitor, and the intended duration of stay
• An invitation letter issued from Taiwan
• Proof of payment for attending a conference
• Personal bank letter for recent 3 months closing balance with seal and signature from the bank
• Confirmed round-trip air tickets and hotel booking in Taiwan
• Other additional documents may be required during processing

VISITOR VISA FOR JOINING/ VISITING FAMILY

• Proof of relatives residence in Taiwan, e.g. English copy of Taiwan’s household registration or Alien Residence Certificate (ARC/APRC)

• Confirmed round-trip air tickets
• Other additional documents may be required during processing

Note: Applicants should provide bank letter of his / her family member who lives in Taiwan

RESIDENT VISA FOR EMPLOYMENT OR FULFILMENT OF CONTRACT

• Two white background color passport size photos

• Offer letter/ invitation letter from Taiwan
• Approval Letter issued by Ministry of Labor, Taiwan (Employers must apply for the work permit from the Ministry of Labor, Taiwan)
• Duly signed contract
• Provide the personal bank letter for recent 3 months closing balance with seal and signature from the bank
• Details of the contact person in Taiwan
• Confirmed air tickets
• Other additional documents may be required during processing

RESIDENT VISA FOR JOINING FAMILY

• Passport valid for at least another six months from the intended date of entry into Taiwan
• Two white background color passport size Photos
• Invitation letter from Taiwan
• proof of the family member who stays in Taiwan
• Proof of relative / friend’s residence in Taiwan, e.g. English copy of Taiwan’s household registration,
• Alien Residence Certificate/ Alien Permanent Residence Certificate (ARC/APRC); which should be valid for more than six months
• Health certificate/ vaccination certificate attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (http://mea.gov.in/apostille.htm. • Birth certificate attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (http://mea.gov.in/apostille.htm. For Jurisdiction check: https://www.mea.gov.in/Images/attach/AppendiH_Jurisdiction_Areas_of_RPONew.pdf ) and authenticated by the TECC in Chennai (https://www.roc-taiwan.org/inmaa_en/post/7764.html )
• Provide the personal bank letter for recent 3 months closing balance with seal and signature from the bank
• Confirmed air tickets

 

Note: Applicants should provide bank statements of the family member who lives in Taiwan.

Attested English version of marriage certificate for spouse as a relationship proof (issued by the concerned govt. of India or the original nations), birth certificate, and vaccination/immunization card for children below 6 years.

The mentioned documents should be attested by the issuing MEA (India) or other foreign embassies (including Maldives or Sri Lankan only) in India first and request TECC’s attestation.

Additional supporting documents/interviews might be required on a case-by-case basis.
